ADHD Coaching

Living with ADHD can bring both unique strengths and distinct challenges. Whether you’re navigating school, work, relationships, or daily routines, our ADHD coaching services are designed to support individuals of all ages in building confidence, focus, and sustainable strategies for success. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, we offer personalized coaching for children, teens, adolescents, and adults.

*ADHD coaching services are provided both in person and online. Virtual sessions are provided in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

For Children:

Young children with ADHD often benefit from playful, structured guidance that builds executive function skills in a way that’s engaging and developmentally appropriate. Our child coaching sessions are designed to help kids improve focus, emotional regulation, and task completion – while also supporting parents with tools and strategies to create a consistent, supportive environment at home.

For Teens:

Teenagers with ADHD are at a critical stage of growth, balancing academic pressures with developing independence. Our teen coaching services empower young people to understand their ADHD, manage time effectively, and improve organization – all while building self-esteem and motivation. We also collaborate with parents to support positive communication and reduce family stress.

For Adolescents (Young Adults):

Transitioning into adulthood can be overwhelming, especially for those managing ADHD. Our coaching for adolescents focuses on helping young adults gain control over their schedules, make thoughtful decisions, and strengthen self-advocacy skills. Whether you’re entering college, starting a job, or learning to live independently, we provide support that fosters resilience, accountability, and long-term success.

For Adults:

Adult life with ADHD can present challenges in career, relationships, and daily routines-but it doesn’t have to feel unmanageable. Our adult coaching offers a judgment-free space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward. We work together to develop practical strategies for productivity, focus, and work-life balance-so you can lead a more intentional, empowered life.
