Michele Palk

Dr. Michele Palk is a registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and provides supervision services at Kindercare Wellness. She completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Toronto before returning to school to complete her Master of Psychology (MPsy) and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees. Dr. Palk completed psychology clinical placements at Michael Garron Hospital’s Child Development Clinic and Child & Youth Mental Health Outpatient Services, Surrey Place’s Adult Program, and Eastwood Psychologists, where she also completed her pre-doctoral internship.

Dr. Palk has worked in hospital, school, not for profit, and private practice settings with children, adolescents and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, obsessions and compulsions, neurodevelopmental (e.g., ADHD, ASD, FASD, IDD, LD, gifted profiles), and other challenges. She also enjoys supervising individuals working towards registration with the CPBAO, and providing consultation services to a family health team. Dr. Palk takes an integrative approach designed to understand, and meet, the specific strengths, needs, and goals of her clients. Listening to people share their lived experiences, and supporting the development of their strengths and gifts is a privilege Michele appreciates every day.
